Manager - Treasury

Job Summary

This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising for the company. Fund raising would be in form of term loans/ ECBs.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of CMA/ Information Memorandum / proposals for bankers/ investors.
• Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes.
• Preparing timely treasury related MIS.
• Managing relationships with Banks.
• Filing regulatory returns related to ECB.

Requirements

• CA/ MBA
• 4-6 years work experience in treasury
