Manager Treasury - Finance

To manage and oversee the financial operations of an organization, including cash management, Investment, borrowings and risk management, and debt management

Role & responsibilities

1.1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Treasury strategy aligned with company goals, overseeing cash flow management and effective resource allocation

1.2. Foster strong relationships with banking partners, manage financial risks, and lead treasury reporting and forecasting processes for senior management updates.

1.3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, develop internal controls, and mentor the Treasury team for contributing to company success.

1.4. Develop budgets and financial projections, monitor financial performance, and provide guidance to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.

1.5. Create and manage the overall financial plan and budget, provide financial analysis for informed decision-making, and regularly review financial performance to meet company goals.

1.6. Oversee cash management and banking activities, ensure secure and efficient financial transactions, and develop financial risk management strategies.

1.7. Invest Surplus funds and manage borrowing with focus on net basis with zeroized interest cost.

1.8. Monitor, assess, and mitigate treasury-related risks, providing regular updates and risk assessments to senior management.

Develop risk mitigation strategies, keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure the treasury team is informed and trained on changes.
