Manager - Treasury & Credit control

This role, as part of the India Cash Management team, focuses on managing cash flows, working capital facilities, and intercompany fund movements globally. It offers a unique opportunity for candidates with up to 3 years of experience to step into a centralized, global corporate treasury function and make impactful contributions while gaining extensive India Banking Cash Management exposure.

• Corporate Treasury - Global Banking, Investments Cash Management
• Lead and oversee Banking, Surplus Cash Investment Cash Management activities for Tata Communications across globe.
• Drive documentation and execution for setting up working capital limits for India group entities.
• Supervise accounting of treasury deals and monthly closing activities related to banking, investments, and cash management in SAP (S4Hana).
• Build strong relationships with banks to optimize bank solutions or charges, reduce interest costs, and ensure smooth payment processing with minimal manual intervention.
• Ensure compliance with internal and statutory audit requirements for banking, surplus cash investment, and cash management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and review Treasury MIS, variance analysis, and cash flow statements for internal and external reporting.
• Champion transformation and automation initiatives within the treasury domain including leading RFP for global banking architecture and acquired entities.

• CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance from a reputed institute or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, preferably in banking, investments, and cash management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Expertise in financial analysis and modeling.
• Experience with SAP S4Hana accounting system is an added advantage.
