Job Description:

Strategic Retailer Digital Transformation:

• Lead retailer digitization strategy and drive adoption of digital platforms across the retailer ecosystem.
• Govern DMS & retailer platform integration to deliver a seamless and unified digital experience.
• Drive adoption acceleration initiatives and monitor platform performance to maximize business impact.

Retailer Onboarding & Compliance Governance:

• Establish scalable onboarding and compliance frameworks to enable seamless retailer activation.
• Drive retailer readiness through stakeholder engagement, capability building, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize onboarding effectiveness and conversion outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication & Program Governance:

• Lead communication governance for retailer engagement and incentive programs.
• Drive program performance visibility through strategic reviews, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through timely communication of key updates, risks, and opportunities.

Reward Governance & Process Excellence:

• Drive transformation of reward settlement processes through governance, standardization, and automation.
• Enhance operational efficiency, control, and stakeholder experience through continuous process improvement.
• Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks to ensure scalable and efficient operations.

Digital Platform Strategy & Product Governance:

• Own the strategic roadmap and governance of retailer-facing digital platforms.
• Partner with business and technology teams to prioritize and deliver value-driven platform enhancements.
• Drive innovation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to strengthen user experience and business outcomes.
