Manager - Total Quality & Yield Management

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with Sales team for staff performance monitoring and tracking. Liaising with other stakeholders to aid in publishing various analysis on staff productivity.

Make staff performance and other relevant data readily available for any analysis for appraisal, staff elevation, promotion, etc.

Coordinate with line seniors for various inputs from time to time, as may be necessitated.

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Sc. in Computer Science
• Specialization in Machine Learning
• Data Science with Python
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI

Technical Skills:

• Languages & Libraries: Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy
• Tools & Platforms: Power BI, Tableau, FastAPI
• Additional: Exposure to cloud computing environments
