We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the testing, qualification, and safe field method deployment of elevator installation and modernization products. The position will support new/modernization installation and service teams through electrical troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, process deployment, and resolution of complex field issues.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute electrical, functional, and safety testing of modernization systems.
- Validate controllers, drives, safety circuits, sensors, and electrical interfaces.
- Develop and deploy safe installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
- Support field teams with installation queries, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
- Conduct hazard assessments and ensure compliance with EHS and engineering standards.
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Track modernization programs and deliver testing activities within agreed schedules.
- Prepare qualification reports, safety reviews, and technical updates.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in elevator installation, modernization, commissioning, electrical testing, or field engineering.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and product-validation capabilities.
- Working knowledge of construction safety, risk assessment, EHS, and project management.
- Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
