Manager - Technology Talent Sourcing & Client Partnership

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Technology Talent Sourcing & Client Partnership to join our Hyderabad team in a hybrid setup.

This role is ideal for a technology recruitment leader with strong expertise in talent sourcing, team leadership, stakeholder management, and client partnership.

You will lead recruitment delivery for client programs, develop talent acquisition strategies, coach and mentor recruitment teams, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Strong communication is critical to this role. The ideal candidate should be highly confident in communicating with clients, senior stakeholders, recruiters, and candidates, with the ability to clearly articulate recruitment strategy, delivery challenges, insights, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Recruitment & Sourcing

• Lead recruitment delivery across technology hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality technology talent.
• Guide recruiters on sourcing techniques, market mapping, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development.
• Bring strong understanding of technology talent markets and recruitment trends.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, SLAs, and KPIs and take corrective action where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment effectiveness.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of technology recruiters.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor delivery against goals and KPIs.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Identify capability gaps and support training and development initiatives.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing recruitment team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Understand client hiring priorities, business requirements, and workforce needs.
• Act as a strategic recruitment partner and provide solutions to talent challenges.
• Lead or participate in client meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
• Communicate recruitment performance, challenges, market insights, and recommendations with confidence.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and present practical solutions.
• Manage expectations and influence stakeholders across multiple priorities.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis when delivery targets are missed and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, sourcing strategies, and operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting, reporting, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to client, corporate, contractual, and recruitment processes.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Requirements

• 8–9 years of recruitment experience, with significant experience in technology recruitment.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Recruitment Lead, or People Manager.
• Strong and demonstrable expertise in talent sourcing and technology hiring.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and performance management.
• Experience managing clients and senior stakeholders in a recruitment, RPO, or talent solutions environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to confidently lead client conversations and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, and shared drives.
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to work from Hyderabad in a hybrid setup.
