About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Python Technical Architect who can drive end-to-end solution architecture while actively contributing to development. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Python backend engineering, cloud-native architecture on AWS, and designing scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale applications.
• Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Define technical roadmaps and architecture strategies.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on AWS.
• Drive microservices and distributed systems architecture.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to provide technical solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and architecture governance.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technology decisions.

Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python backend development.
• Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of System Design, HLD, and LLD.
• Experience working with distributed and scalable applications.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and solutioning capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Event-driven architecture
• Serverless architecture on AWS
• Kubernetes/EKS
• API Gateway
• Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
• AI/ML platform exposure

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently working as Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Software Architect, Principal Engineer, Lead Backend Architect, or Engineering Lead.
• Strong hands-on coding background in Python.
• Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice period (0-30 days).
