Manager - Technology Management

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to help automate, optimize, and scale our infrastructure and deployment processes. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure system reliability, and improve overall software delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Cloud-native monitoring
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Collaborate with developers to improve release processes and environment consistency
• Maintain configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Implement best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery
  
  
  Required Skills
  

  • Good hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or Shell)
  • Exposure to version control systems (Git)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
    
    
    Preferred Skills
    

    • Knowledge of microservices architecture
    • Experience with serverless technologies
    • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Certifications (optional but good to have)
      
      • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
      • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
