Manager- Technical Warranty Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Gather relevant required data for analysis against the customer complaint

- from customer

-KSB service engineer

-Self visit to site as required if data is insufficient to analyze.

2. Arrange internal committee meeting with all the concerned from design, manufacturing, quality. Brainstorming with the committee against the data gathered to analyse & decide and diagnosis the cause of the failure against the customer complaint.

3. Prepare detailed root cause analysis with countermeasures and present to the customer systematically through a good presentation through virtual/physical meetings and finally convince the customer the root cause of the complaint.

4. Work out corrective action required; ensure implementation through co-ordination with concerned departments.

5. Provide technical support to customers as well as KSB service Engineers.

6. Ensure error elimination permanently for future through corrective and preventive action. Follow up & ensure implementation of those actions.
