Your key responsibilities - Technical Excellence
- Demand Area/Account Voice & Conversation Banking (CCT - Pillar 2)
- A Lead BA with at least 4-5 yrs in the capacity as a Lead.
- Has worked in Transformation BA space and lead /guided a team of BAs in a programme/project construct.
- Comes with experience working in a large global organization like ours (preferably in Banking domain).
- Good-to-have Skills: Understanding of Contact Center Domain OR Worked in any Banking domain that interfaces with Contact Center.
- Chatbot & Voicebot exposure, NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure, RM Chat (Whatsapp), Genesys Cloud.
- Comes with Technical Analysis Background.
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Engineering manager with 12+ years work exp
- Location: PAN India
