Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• 5+ years of experience in Data Migration and ETL development using SAP BODS, Syniti ADM, and Informatica PowerCenter, with strong expertise in designing, developing, and executing data migration solutions for SAP landscapes.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP modules and hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration activities including business requirement gathering, source-to-target mapping, functional and technical specification preparation, data extraction, transformation, loading, testing, and production support.
• Proficient in MS SQL Server with working knowledge of Oracle databases, and experienced in developing migration objects, troubleshooting data loads, managing code deployments across environments, and resolving UAT and production issues.
• Experienced in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including configuration validation, data quality checks, HP ALM defect management, mock load execution, cutover planning, preload/post load reconciliations, and ensuring successful business signoffs.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, leading requirement discussions, managing mapping changes, supporting business users during cutover activities, and mentoring team members through knowledge-sharing and delivery governance initiatives.
