The TL - Retail is responsible for driving the retail sales performance of Jaquar's diverse product portfolio, including faucets, cisterns, sanitaryware. This role involves leading and developing the retail sales team, ensuring revenue targets are met, expanding the dealer network, and achieving growth targets. The TL - Retail acts as a key brand ambassador, fostering relationships with top dealers and driving market development activities to enhance brand visibility and market share.

• Proven experience in managing and growing retail sales teams
• Expertise in market development and dealer network expansion
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets

• Experience in enhancing brand visibility and market presence

• Education:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus

• Experience:

12-15 years in the building material industry
