Manager/ Team Leader (Operations)

Role Purpose

To lead and oversee end-to-end Secured Business Loan / (LAP) and Machinery Loan/Auto Loan disbursement operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and risk-controlled loan processing. The role is responsible for managing a team, driving operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal controls, mitigating operational risk, and delivering superior service levels to business stakeholders.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, Secured Lending, Housing Finance, or NBFC Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in team handling.
• Strong exposure to disbursement operations, documentation, mortgage processing, compliance, and operational risk management.

Technical Competencies

• Expert understanding of LAP documentation and disbursement lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Registration, MODT, CERSAI, and Property Documentation.
• Understanding of RBI KYC/AML guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with LOS, LMS, CRM, and Loan Operations Systems.
• Strong Excel, MIS, and operational reporting capabilities.
• Exposure to insurance, legal, and compliance processes.
