Manager - Taxation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
• Manage tax audits and collaborate with auditors.
• Provide guidance to junior tax staff and assist in their professional development.
• Prepare detailed reports on the company's tax situation for senior management.
• Advise management on the impact of new tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• CA + 5 Years of experience in Taxation
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and laws.
• Proven experience in tax management or a related role.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
