Manager - Talent Management Organization Development

• Job Title: Manager - TMOD
  Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.
  Role Purpose:
  To support the execution of key initiatives in Talent Management, Organizational Development,
  Employee Experience, and DEI. The role focuses on implementing programs, managing analytics and
  Dashboards, vendor coordination, and supporting stakeholder communication to ensure seamless
  execution and tracking of OD & TM interventions. The incumbent will work closely with the Talent
  Management & OD team, HRBPs and business leaders to ensure timely execution of processes,
  accurate reporting and effective use of digital HR systems.
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management & Succession Planning
  • Manage the annual talent management process, including potential assessments, talent
  reviews and calibration exercises.
  • Follow up with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure timely completion of talent
  assessments and other process milestones.
  • Prepare talent cards, nine-box matrices, talent review presentations and supporting
  documentation.
  • Coordinate Talent Council meetings, assessment/development centres and related
  activities.
  • Maintain critical position lists, succession mapping, talent pools and successor readiness
  data.
  • Track Individual Development Plans (IDPs), development interventions and action closures.
  • Manage the talent management process on SAP SuccessFactors, including system
  ministration, data updates, process tracking and user support.
  2. Talent Data Management, MIS & Analytics
  • Maintain accurate employee talent databases, trackers and reports.
  • Consolidate and analyze large datasets related to potential assessments, succession planning and talent development.
  • Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, presentations and analytical reports for management reviews.
  • Identify data gaps, ensure data accuracy and provide meaningful insights through
  reporting.
  • Use advanced Excel, Power BI, AI and automation tools to improve reporting and process
  efficiency.
  3. Organization Development Support
  • Support on organization design and OD projects.
  • Assist with organization structures, job architecture, role mapping, job descriptions and job
  evaluation exercises.
  • Coordinate data collection, benchmarking, documentation and preparation of presentations.
  • Support implementation and tracking of OD interventions across the organization.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and system-related updates.

4. Employee Idea Platform
• Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the employee idea management platform.
• Manage idea submissions, review schedules, Idea Review Committee meetings and related documentation.
• Follow up with function heads on shortlisted ideas, implementation progress and closure.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and system-related updates.

Qualifications & Skills
• MBA in Human Resources.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, OD or HR COE roles.
• Working knowledge of talent assessments, nine-box frameworks, succession planning,
assessment centers and competency frameworks.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong hands-on experience in data management, MIS, analytics and dashboards are essential.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, AI tools and workflow automation preferred.
• Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms.

Desired Profile Qualifications:
MBA HR Experience 4 - 6 years of experience in Talent Management, OD, or HRBP role with exposure to Talent management and OD.
Exposure to engagement programs, talent data analytics, or HR transformation projects preferred.
