Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our onsite recruiting team. In this role, youll manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop strong relationships with hiring managers, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Create compelling job descriptions and employment brand messaging
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and status updates to leadership
• Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with sourcing techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with talent acquisition in our industry
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques
• Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

Work Environment

This is an onsite position requiring regular presence in our office location. Some flexibility may be available depending on business needs.
