Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral, mid-management, and leadership positions, ensuring timely closure of critical business requirements.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Drive sourcing initiatives through recruitment consultants, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and direct talent mapping.
• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Track recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and hiring trends to enhance hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and employer branding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from EPC, Heavy Manufacturing, Power, Infrastructure, or Engineering industries will be preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with a strong academic background.
