Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose

Build and drive the Talent Acquisition function with a strong focus on Tech and Sales hiring. This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with direct ownership of critical hiring mandates, recruitment funnel, quality of hire and stakeholder management. The role will play a key part in building scalable hiring processes and strengthening the talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements, define profiles and drive closures.

• Build and maintain hiring funnels and talent pipelines, tracking conversion at each stage and identifying bottlenecks.

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, including goal setting, productivity and development.

• Drive recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio and quality of hire.

• Be hands-on with ATS usage, recruitment tracking and analytics.

• Build and improve structured hiring processes, including competency-based interviews, interview frameworks and assessment methods.

• Partner with stakeholders on role definition, competency mapping and hiring criteria.

• Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and sourcing channels to improve quality and cost efficiency.

• Ensure a strong candidate experience and effective offer closure.

Good to have

• 6 - 10 years of core Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in SaaS, Product, Technology or high-growth organisations.

• Strong hands-on experience in both Tech and Sales hiring, with experience using ATS.

• Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, metrics and hiring analytics.

• Experience in team handling and stakeholder management (2+years)

• Strong execution and closure orientation, with the ability to stay hands-on when required.
