Role: Manager/ Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition- FLS Hiring

Location: Mumbai and Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales (FLS) roles.
• Manage bulk/mass hiring across assigned geographies.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
• Travel extensively for hiring drives, branch visits, and stakeholder meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in FLS hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Prior experience in Life Insurance/BFSI preferred.

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across assigned locations.
