TNC Aviation is looking for a driven and ambitious professional to join our team as Manager – Talent Acquisition & Business Development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and creating new business opportunities, while also having a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

The role will involve working closely with Indian and global organisations, understanding their talent requirements and developing relationships with decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition and business functions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing prospective clients, bringing recruitment mandates into the organisation and working closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure successful delivery.

You will be involved in the complete recruitment and client engagement cycle from identifying an organisation with a hiring requirement, initiating the relationship and understanding their needs, through to coordinating with the recruitment team and ensuring the required talent is successfully delivered.

Alongside our external client engagements, the role will also provide exposure to talent acquisition requirements across TNC Aviation and its group companies, giving you the opportunity to work across both client-facing and internal recruitment assignments.

The position offers significant exposure to corporate and international business environments, with opportunities to work with organisations across sectors such as aviation, airlines, airports, cargo, logistics, hospitality and other businesses with large-scale or specialised talent requirements.

We are looking for someone with 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, HR services or recruitment business development. The ideal candidate should be confident in engaging with senior professionals, developing business relationships, understanding recruitment requirements and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver results.

Strong communication, relationship-building, commercial awareness and ownership are important for this role. Experience in recruitment business development or working with corporate clients will be particularly valuable.

This is an opportunity to move beyond a conventional recruitment role and develop experience across business development, talent solutions, client management and recruitment delivery, while working with both Indian and global organisations.
