About this role
A leading private sector bank is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to run bulk and volume hiring across business functions and locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end volume hiring for frontline and sales roles - Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Branch Banking, CASA, Assets, Collections and Operations
- Partner with business and HR on manpower requirements and hiring forecasts
- Build sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, databases, walk-ins and hiring drives
- Plan and execute large-scale hiring drives against TAT and quality targets
- Manage recruitment vendors and monitor productivity and closure ratios
- Track offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, ageing and cost per hire; maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards
Must have: BFSI hiring experience (banking, NBFC, insurance, fintech or financial services) with strong hands-on bulk / volume recruitment.
