Manager - Strategy and Consulting

Company Description - A3M Consultants is a boutique strategy and execution consulting firm working with startups and growth-stage businesses across India, the US, EU, and MENA. We help founders raise capital, enter new markets, build operating systems, and scale with discipline. Over the years, we have partnered with companies across e-commerce, Fintech, FoodTech, PropTech, and SaaS, helping them raise institutional capital, refine business models, and build go-to-market and operational playbooks that compound. Our team has helped 14 startups raise over $15 million in funding to date. We are now hiring a Manager, Strategy and Consulting to lead client engagements end to end and grow with us as we expand our practice.

Role Description This is a manager-level role for someone with 3 or more years of consulting, strategy, or founder-operator experience who is ready to own engagements rather than support them. You will lead 3 to 5 active client projects at a time, work directly with founders and CXOs, and shape every deliverable that goes out under the A3M name. You will report to the founder and work alongside a core team of consultants, analysts, and external associates.

What You will own

• Lead client engagements end to end, from kickoff to final delivery. This includes pitch decks, financial models, business plans, DPRs, GTM strategies, market entry plans, and investor readiness work.
• Run client calls independently. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for most engagements.
• Build and refine business models, unit economics, and financial projections that hold up to investor scrutiny.
• Conduct deep market and competitor research and turn it into clear strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex problems into structured frameworks and clean, persuasive deliverables.
• Manage timelines, scope, and quality across multiple parallel projects.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts on the team. Review their work, give feedback, and bring them up to A3M’s delivery standards.
• Contribute to internal IP. Productize what you learn into frameworks, templates, and playbooks the firm can reuse.
