    • Develop and execute strategies to expand Ra Foundation's fundraising pipeline. •Schedule and lead donor meetings, presentations, networking opportunities, and site visits.
    • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and funding pitches aligned with donor priorities.
    • Play a key role in planning and executing Ra Foundation's fundraising and donor engagement events, working closely with the leadership team to create meaningful experiences for donors, partners, and supporters.
    • Leverage fundraising events/ opportunities to cultivate prospective donors, strengthen existing relationships, and expand the Foundation's network.

    2. Steward Existing Donors

    • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing donors through regular engagement and thoughtful communication.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, renewals, commitments, and grant opportunities. • Share impact stories and updates that deepen donor engagement and confidence.

    3. Manage Donor Compliance & Operations

    • Coordinate with programme and finance teams to prepare utilization certificates, financial reports, grant reports, and impact reports.
    • Ensure timely issuance of donation receipts, acknowledgements, and donor communications.
    • Maintain accurate donor records, documentation, and fundraising data.
    • Track reporting deadlines and ensure compliance with donor commitments.

    4. Strengthen Fundraising Systems

    • Maintain a disciplined fundraising calendar and donor pipeline.
    • Monitor fundraising progress and opportunities & strengthen processes.
    • Coordinate fundraising activities across donor outreach, stewardship, reporting, and events to ensure a seamless donor experience.
    • Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and special initiatives throughout the year.

    Who You Are

    • You are someone who is proactive, well-organized, and naturally follow through on commitments. Whether it is preparing for an important donor meeting, following up after a proposal, coordinating a utilization certificate, or ensuring a receipt reaches a donor on time, you believe that every interaction strengthens relationships.
    • You are equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with programme, finance, and leadership teams.
    • You enjoy meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting partnerships.
