Manager – Stores | Muscat, Oman

·      Education: Graduate in any discipline.

·      Additional qualification: Qualification in Material Management or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

·      Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in Store Management. As per the attached JD

·      Managerial experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial position.

·      SAP: Hands-on experience in SAP MM (Material Management / Inventory Management Module) is essential.

·      Passport: Must possess a valid passport.

·      Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Muscat, Oman at short notice.

Responsibilities include

: • Manage end-to-end store operations for multiple EPC project sites.

• Plan, organise and control receipt, storage, preservation and issue of materials.

• Ensure optimum inventory levels while avoiding stock shortages and excess inventory.

• Monitor material movements and maintain accurate stock records.

• Lead and supervise store personnel, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance and Logistics for smooth material flow.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements and international warehousing standards.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory variances.

• Maintain proper documentation for Goods Receipt Notes, Material Issue Notes, Material Transfer Notes, Return Notes and other inventory records.

• Ensure proper identification, coding and storage of project materials

. • Implement inventory control procedures to minimise losses and pilferage.

• Coordinate disposal of obsolete and surplus materials in accordance with company procedures.

• Support internal and external audits related to inventory operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in store operations through SAP and best inventory management practices.
