Manager/Sr. Manger- Safety

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Factories Act, MPCB, MOEF, PESO license, etc.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) that meets industry standards.
• Provide training on safety procedures to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures for safe working practices.
