Manager / Sr Manager - Transfer Pricing

Experienced Transfer Pricing professional to manage TP compliance, documentation, advisory, and litigation support engagements. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, benchmarking analyses, cross-border transactions, and client relationship management.

• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR).
• Conduct FAR, economic, and benchmarking analyses.
• Manage TP compliance and advisory engagements.
• Support APA, MAP, audits, and litigation matters.
• Provide guidance on OECD Guidelines, BEPS, and Pillar Two.
• Lead client interactions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor team members and oversee project delivery.
