Manager/ Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition

The Incumbent will be responsible for-

Talent Acquisition Strategy-

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions across manufacturing, EV, renewable energy, engineering, corporate, and leadership functions.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Business Heads, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders.
• Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Strengthen employer brand through social media, career portals, campus engagement programs, and industry networking.
• Manage recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Build relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and talent communities.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including:
• Time-to-Hire
• Cost-per-Hire
• Offer-to-Join Ratio
• Source Effectiveness
• Quality of Hire
• Diversity Hiring Metrics
• Prepare monthly recruitment dashboards and leadership reports.

Process Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
• Drive digitization and automation of recruitment processes through HRMS, ATS, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Maintain candidate data confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor Talent Acquisition team members.
• Establish performance objectives and development plans for recruiters.
• Review recruitment productivity and resource allocation.
