Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Generate leads from industrial clients and consultants for HVAC projects
• Achieve order booking targets as per sales plan
• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned region and segment
• Ensure revenue and contribution targets are met
• Identify and develop new customers/accounts in the region
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants and key clients
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies
• Conduct market research, competition analysis, and strategy planning
• Coordinate smooth handover of confirmed orders to the Project Management team
• Ensure timely advance collection and support payment follow-ups
