Manager / Sr. Manager-Recruitments

Role & responsibilities:

1. Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies.
2. Timely execution of recruitment assignments.
3. Handle a set of assigned clients and be responsible for all recruitment from the set of clients. Interact with clients to get a clear briefing on the open positions. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
4. Responsible for mentoring and developing the recruitment team and act as the first point of contact for recruitment related coordination.
5. Pre-Screen the Resumes sourced by the team and send relevant profiles to client for their perusal.
6. Work towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
7. Negotiate salaries on the behalf of the candidates and yet ensure client satisfaction.
8. Use candidate databases to find the right person for the clients vacancy.
9. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
10. Responsible for revenue targets for self, and a team.
11. Identify high potential team members and groom him/her as 2nd line and later groom 2nd line team members to become future leaders.
12. Be accountable for identifying the training need analysis and delivery of training to the recruitment team on various operational aspects and recommend management to allocate monthly training calendars accordingly.  
13. Key Account Management of assigned team clusters and converting passive clients to active to generate more business.
14. Preparing & maintaining MIS of work for review with management.
15. Other activities prescribed by Management.
