Manager/Sr.Manager-Legal-Listed Pharma company

• Handle all the litigation matters
• Manage legal notices, court cases, and coordination with external advocates and legal consultants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, labour laws, and other statutory requirements.
• Draft, vet, and review contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial coordination, wherever required.
• Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, labour officers, and legal professionals.
• Maintain legal records, case trackers, and compliance documentation.
• Provide legal advice to management on employment matters, contractual risks, and business operations.

Eligibility & Experience

• LLB is mandatory; LLM will be an added advantage.
