Manager - Sr. Manager - International Recruitment (Global TA)

*Position - Manager / Sr. Manager International Recruitment (Global Talent Acquisition)
*Location -Coimbatore
*Reporting To - Head – Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose:

Responsible for driving end-to-end international talent acquisition across global markets. The role will manage hiring for leadership, specialist and critical positions across geographies and build strong talent pipelines to support the organization's international expansion.

Experience:

*10 to 15 Years of overall Talent Acquisition experience.
*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in International / Global Recruitment preferred.
*Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, engineering, industrial, construction or mining equipment sectors would be an advantage.
