About this role
- Experience 10 to 12 years in Automobile / Auto ancillary / Foundry industries.
- Qualification – BE ( Mechanical / production / Industrial engineering ) + Additional education in industrial engineering field.
- Technical skillset required –
- Knowledge regarding engineering processes especially in assembly , foundry & machining area.
- Knowledge about cycle time preparation using various cycle time measurement technique like Time study , MOST, Synthesis , PMTS.
- Knowledge about various incentive schemes for productivity improvement.
- Assessment of resources where work is non repetitive i.e. in non-production area.
- Additional skillset required –
- Good return & oral communication
- Ability to work in pressure situations
- Able to handle Team of Industrial engineers.
