Manager/Sr. Manager - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, employee development, and retention.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
• Support manpower planning, organization restructuring, workforce analytics, and talent acquisition activities for the assigned business unit.
• Act as a change agent by driving employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and organizational development programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from EPC, Heavy Manufacturing, Power, Infrastructure, or Engineering industries will be preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with a strong academic background.
