Manager/ Sr. Manager - Hospitality

Role & responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, travel insurance, and foreign exchange requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed travel plans and itineraries while ensuring timely execution and adherence to company travel policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil corporate travel, accommodation, hospitality, and event-related requirements.
• Manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and hospitality partners to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate corporate rates, service agreements, and vendor contracts to achieve competitive commercial terms and cost optimization.
• Monitor travel budgets, vendor invoices, billing, and reconciliation activities to ensure financial accuracy and timely closure.
• Resolve travel disruptions, emergencies, and operational issues by providing timely assistance to employees and business travellers.
• Maintain travel databases, documentation, MIS reports, and operational dashboards to support effective monitoring and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, documentation standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate hospitality and travel arrangements for conferences, meetings, leadership visits, training programs, and cycle meetings.
• Identify and implement improvements in travel and hospitality processes to enhance employee experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end support for hospitality, travel, accommodation, and event-related services while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and customer service standards.
