Manager / Sr. Manager Exports Sales & Marketing (alloy steel)

Role Overview

• Lead international sales of alloy steel products.
• Source and trade various steel grades
• Build relationships with overseas buyers, traders, and mills.
• Meet annual export revenue and profit targets.

• Identify new international markets for alloy steel products like carbon, stainless, and special alloy grades.
• Generate leads, pitch to global clients, and close export orders.
• Maintain existing relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

Global Trading Operations:

• Execute back-to-back or merchant trading deals for alloy steel.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms (Incoterms), and payment methods (Letters of Credit/LC).
• Coordinate with global suppliers, shipping lines, and inspection agencies

Marketing & Strategy:

• Analyze global steel market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Prepare promotional materials and digital marketing strategies for target export regions.

Compliance & Logistics:

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, custom regulations, and export-import (EXIM) policies.
• Handle export documentation, shipping logistics, and marine insurance.
