Manager/Sr Manager Engineering

• Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI).
  
• Drive process improvement, FPY enhancement, and OEE optimization.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality systems.
  
• Lead ISO audits, documentation control, CAPA, and process validation.
  
• Implement Lean / Six Sigma initiatives.
  
• Mentor and manage the engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).
  
• Must have ISO certification (ISO 9001 mandatory; ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 preferred).
  
• Hands-on experience in handling ISO audits and compliance documentation.
  
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes and high-volume production.
  
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
