Manager/Sr Manager - Concurrent Audit

Role & responsibilities:

• Continuous review & verification of loan file based on the set criteria - to conduct for 100% booked files.
• Verify loan application, KYC documents, credit reports, property papers and approvals for accuracy and completeness.
• Check adherence to underwriting guidelines and risk assessment policies.
• Co-ordination with IT team to ensure the error gets incorporated in the system along with branch teams.
• Tracking and monitoring of PDD.
• Ensuring all processing activities are in compliance with RBI, NHB and other applicable housing finance regulations.
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate must be Graduate.
• Should have experience in concurrent Audit, NHB, RBI Compliance management and other regulations.
• Must be from Banking or NBFC background.
• Exposure on Housing Finance will be added advantage.
