Manager/Sr. Manager - Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounting, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end closing.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, payroll accounting, salary payments, and employee-related provisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws, including TDS, GST, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits and coordinate with auditors and external consultants.
• Prepare MIS, budgets, cash-flow reports, and variance analysis for management.
• Ensure timely payment and reconciliation of statutory dues and payroll liabilities.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with HR and business teams on payroll, employee costs, and finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation laws.
• Hands-on experience in payroll management and payroll accounting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, audits, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
