Manager - Special Events & Engagement

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale business events, leadership conferences, product launches, recognition programs, and distributor engagement events. (MICE)
• Manage end-to-end delivery of domestic and international incentive trips, including destination selection, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
• Lead event planning discussions with stakeholders to define objectives, audience experience, communication plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track and manage event budgets, expenditure, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines, and event governance requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event agencies, travel partners, venues, and key business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-8 years of experience in MICE, corporate events, incentive travel, conferences, launches, and large-scale event management.
• Proven experience managing domestic and international incentive trips.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, event operations, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
• Experience handling internal and external audits, compliance, and event governance.
