Seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with strong Full Stack Development expertise and a passion for building secure, scalable, and business-critical applications.
- This role combines technical leadership, people management, and hands-on engineering responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, capable of influencing product direction, mentoring engineering teams, and partnering effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, career development planning, and talent management activities.
- Drive recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on contribution across the full software development lifecycle.
- Partners with Product Managers, Architects, Security, and Business stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Encourage open discussion, constructive challenges, and informed decision-making within the team.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality standards, security requirements, accessibility standards, and operational excellence.
- Support production applications, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining appropriate governance, security, and code quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support during critical production incidents, including availability outside core business hours when required.
Required Technical Skills
- Java Development: Spring Boot
- Frontend Development: Angular, TypeScript
- API Development Management: Apigee or similar API Gateway platforms
- Database Technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda/LEMAIL_ADDRESS, EFS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, etc.)
- Containerization Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD: Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions

As a Software Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for building secure, scalable, and business-critical suite of in house or third-party applications. You'll lead teams of technology professionals to enable business outcomes and provide dependable customer-centric solutions and experiences. Qualifications Experience
Education:
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related field is strongly preferred.

Detailed understanding and knowledge of the systems development life cycle and modern methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques.
