Manager- SEO, GEO, AEO & Content

Role Purpose

Own the complete organic discovery engine across IVS Group businesses.

This includes understanding:

• What customers are searching for
• What questions they are asking
• What content needs to exist
• What competitors are ranking for
• Where our businesses are missing from search
• Where our brands are being mentioned or ignored by AI platforms
• What needs to be created or changed to improve visibility This is a hands-on execution role.

What We Are Looking For

• 57 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong written communication and content-writing capability is mandatory.
• Ability to independently research and write long-form, commercial and B2B content.
• Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
• Good understanding of technical SEO.
• Understanding of AEO, GEO and AI-led search discovery.
• Experience using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
• Ability to conduct competitor and content-gap analysis.
• Experience working across multiple websites or businesses would be an advantage.
• Agency experience can also be relevant if the candidate has worked hands-on across multiple clients.
• Comfortable publishing and optimising content independently.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Commercial mindset and ability to connect SEO work with traffic, leads and revenue.
• Curious and actively learning how AI is changing search behaviour.

We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to preparing keyword reports, changing meta tags or coordinating with content writers and agencies.
