Manager / Senior Manager

Job Summary Responsible for leading the demand planning and supply chain function for International Business across ARV and Non-ARV products. The role involves coordinating with manufacturing plants, production planning, logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory optimization, and achievement of business targets across private, institutional, and tender markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning for all International Business regions covering ARV and Non-ARV products.
• Coordinate closely with Plant PPIC, Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Logistics, and Marketing teams for seamless order execution.
• Participate in monthly S&OP/PPIC meetings to finalize production and sales plans.
• Monitor pending orders, production commitments, dispatches, billing, and inventory on a regular basis.
• Allocate and prioritize production orders for access programs and country tenders.
• Provide realistic delivery timelines and proactively communicate any production or supply delays.
• Track gaps between customer requirements, production commitments, and actual deliveries, and escalate issues where required.
• Maintain consolidated pending order and demand databases based on customer purchase orders and forecasts.
• Drive inventory replenishment and liquidation to ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maximize monthly billing by ensuring product availability and timely dispatches.
• Support annual budgeting and latest estimate (LE) planning by customer, country, and product.
• Provide weekly updates on pending orders, inventory, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Visit manufacturing units (Hyderabad and other locations) as required, with a minimum of one visit per month.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP R/3
• Hands-on experience in SAP APO (PPDS & DP/SNP)
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Strong understanding of demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and customer order servicing

Qualification

• B. Tech/B.Sc/B.Pharm with MBA 12-18 years of relevant experience
