Manager / Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition For US Shift

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for US  Staffing, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform recruitment decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Manager role or similar position.
• Proven track record in US Staffing or related field.
• Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations (e.g., EAD).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
