Role Overview:

As a Manager/Sr. Manager in the Founders Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving high-impact initiatives that shape the companys growth trajectory. This role involves navigating complex business challenges, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and managing cross-functional projects that span product, finance, and operations. You will work closely with the founders to evaluate new market opportunities, optimize existing business lines, and communicate the companys performance to key stakeholders, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and the viability of new product launches.

- Conduct deep-dive business analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth levers, providing the leadership team with data-backed recommendations.

- Manage end-to-end strategic projects, ensuring alignment across departments and timely execution of key organizational priorities.

- Extract and manipulate large datasets using SQL to derive insights on customer behavior, credit risk, and market trends.

- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for investor relations, board meetings, and internal strategy reviews to articulate the companys vision and progress.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes, enhancing overall organizational efficiency and decision-making speed.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and corporate strategy, with a proven ability to build complex models from scratch to support executive decision-making.

- Strong proficiency in data analytics and SQL, with the ability to translate raw data into clear, strategic narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional project management capabilities, characterized by the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external investors.

- A background from a top-tier educational institution, complemented by a strong understanding of the banking or fintech landscape in India.
