Role Overview:

The Manager/Senior Manager - Rewards will play a pivotal role in shaping the compensation and benefits landscape for Godrej Properties. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive reward frameworks that attract and retain top-tier talent. Working closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, and finance teams, you will ensure that our total rewards strategy aligns with business objectives while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness. Your work will directly influence employee engagement and organizational performance by ensuring our compensation structures remain agile and market-responsive.

Key Result Areas:

1. Run the annual merit cycle and bonus cycle end-to-end

2. Support hiring and retention offer prudence, internal parity analyses to facilitate talent retention decisions

3. Incentive design, digitization and administration

4. Draft and maintain rewards policies and process notes; ensure statutory compliance (PF, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages) in coordination with payroll.

5. Build and maintain rewards and productivity dashboards

6. Prepare material for rewards committee and leadership reviews

7. Lead org design, job evaluation and productivity initiatives

Candidate Expectation

MBA from TIER I Institutes only with 2-5 years of experience in Rewards, Compensation and Benefits.

1. Proficient in excel over large data sets, should understand advanced excel

2. Strong analytical ability, be able to study data and make patterns, test hypotheses

3. Should be articulate and be able to present to leadership

4. High on ownership and ambitious
