Manager/ Senior Manager - Public Relations (International)

As a Manager Public Relations (International), you will be responsible for driving TAFEs PR and media strategy across global markets, strengthening brand presence, credibility, and visibility in key export regions.

This role involves managing international media relations, executing region-specific PR campaigns, and ensuring consistent global messaging aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with export business teams, regional partners, and PR agencies to build strong brand narratives and enhance reputation across markets.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies across key export markets aligned with business goals.
• Plan and implement integrated PR campaigns for product launches, fairs, and corporate announcements.
• Adapt global communication strategies to suit regional market requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with international, regional, and trade media.
• Drive media outreach including press releases, interviews, and press meets across markets.
• Ensure consistent and positive media coverage in key geographies.
• Develop global press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging while allowing regional customization.
• Support creation of multilingual content aligned with market needs.
• Monitor international media coverage and brand sentiment.
• Manage brand reputation across global markets proactively.
• Support crisis communication and issue management in coordination with leadership.
• Manage PR agencies across different countries and regions.
• Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and partners for PR execution.
• Ensure alignment of agency deliverables with brand and business objectives.
• Lead PR activities for international exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.
• Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, and on-ground coverage.
• Ensure strong visibility and engagement during global events.
• Work closely with Export Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Support leadership communication for international engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for aligned global messaging.
• Track PR performance including media reach, share of voice, and sentiment.
• Provide market-wise PR reports and insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and impact.
