About this role
Role & responsibilities :
Manager / Senior Manager / AGM -Township Residential Projects for Dombivali Location
- Lead end-to-end civil execution for a large-scale township project.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, execution and timely completion.
- Lead and guide Civil Engineers, Site Engineers and execution teams.
- Manage contractors, consultants and vendors; monitor productivity and performance.
- Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP and infrastructure activities.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources and costs.
- Review measurements, contractor bills, variations and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site/technical issues to avoid project delays.
- Conduct regular site reviews and provide MIS/progress reports to management.
- Ensure snagging, rectification and timely project handover.
Experience: 15-20+ years in Real Estate / Construction
