Manager / Senior Manager Project Site

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site execution, installation, erection, and commissioning activities at client s locations as per project schedule.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and prepare daily progress reports and share weekly progress updates for management and clients including constraints, resource requirements, and execution plans.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, and other erection personnel and allocate work, performance and ensure effective utilisation of manpower.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and erection contractors to achieve planned productivity and quality.
• Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable statutory and client safety requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualification B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma (Mechanical)
• Experience 10+ years of experience in site execution of conveyor systems/ bulk material handling equipment.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of Conveyor systems/Material handling equipment s and associated mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment layouts, and installation specifications.
• Cost consciousness and resource optimisation.
