Manager/Senior Manager - Program Management - Engineering/Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end program and project management, ensuring timely execution and delivery of projects.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and other key stakeholders.

- Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to resolve issues and drive program execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Any graduate or MBA with 10+ years of experience in program or project management.

- Experience in the Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Telecom, Aerospace, or Defence industries is preferred.

- Proven experience managing multiple programs across different functions and coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables in a dynamic business environment.
